I am a sixty-three years young, Australian male and at the prime of my life am looking at changing things up.

I have written stories since, forever, my first being a small book back in primary school called 'Ali and the warehouse mystery'. Unfortunately time and travel have lost this to scattered memories only.

I have written poems and short stories over the years, some filed, others lost, and now, as time permits, and the mind is willing, I am publishing the books I have completed and finishing those I have commenced.

Shadow Light is my baby, having started it twenty years ago it evolved into a finished product sixteen years ago and has constantly been fine-tuned since.

 

I have rediscovered the wonders of the world of LOVE. To be in new love is to be reborn into a child, to relook at the wonders of the world, and to see everything with new eyes.

To have lost the love of one's life is torture beyond compare, but to be so lucky to have found that yes there can be room for that next love. 

 

Now remarried and minus the beard... I will update photos as I get some.

 

OMG... I wish I had more time to pursue my writing.

Decided to take the time and somehow increase the hours in a day... Watch this space...  

Forced retirement from the company I gave 15 years and my first wife too...

A blessing in disguise, now I am working on my books again... Unfortunately stuck in China for 10 months due to COVID-19, but able to write, if not able to add to those begun... That's what I get for leaving the 1T hard drive behind (but it was only going to be a 3 month holiday).

Now in 2021, out of China, into a new house in Perth and unemployed... Here it is, I wished for more time to write... Searching for an Agent, searching for writing competitions, searching for magazine article input, Blogging, messaging... Poking my head in the door... And applying for part time/casual work to give me spend money. I now lead the life of an Author... Watch out what you wish for...
